Construction Site Supervisor - #1120607

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, specifically in site supervision.

• Proven track record of handling site operations independently.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations according to schedule and Project Manager’s instructions.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Attend site meetings and update progress to Project Engineer / Project Manager.

• Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards and project requirements.

• Supervise and manage workers, including their welfare and work performance.

• Handle site inspections, including those by authorities or consultants.

• Manage multiple sites when required.

• Report site issues, progress, and updates to Project Engineer and Project Manager.
