Head Carpenter - #1120604

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Carpenter to lead our carpentry team in all aspects of fabrication, installation, and finishing works. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry activities and team members.

• Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.

• Perform fabrication, assembly, and installation of wooden structures, furniture, and fittings.

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.

• Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.

• Train and guide junior carpenters and apprentices.

• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site.

• Ensure safe working practices and proper use of tools and materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, including supervisory or team lead roles.

• Strong knowledge of woodwork, joinery, and site installation.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on carpentry work when required.
