 Position: QAQC Assistant

Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Reporting to: Assistant QAQC Manager

1)     Maintain documentation for Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000), Halal and ensure proper record keeping.

2)     Support compliance with SFA, MUIS, NEA, and audit requirements; follow up on inspection findings and corrective actions.

3)     Conduct routine GMP and hygiene checks in production areas, ensuring staff compliance with food safety and halal standards.

4)     Coordinate and monitor monthly pest control activities.

5)     Carry out hygiene audits across production departments and liaise with the Hygiene Department for public area cleanliness.

6)     Monitor and manage stock for hygiene items and production tools.

7)     Coordinate and assist in yearly calibration activities conducted by external vendors for equipment such as weighing scales and chemical dispensers. Ensure all calibration records are properly maintained.

8)     Assist QAQC Team in food safety, quality improvement, and audit preparation.

9)     Retail consumables and Production Tools

·   Perform monthly stock take for RC-RT items.

·   Issue RC-RT items and production tools whenever requested (QAQC Day shift will distribute on next day).

·   Inform QAQC Day shift to order any RC-RT items and production tools whenever needed.

·   Prepare RC-RT items for new outlet opening

10)  Prepare and distribute mask required by production, outlets and office on monthly basis.

11)  Assist Assistant QAQC Manager and QAQC Executive for Quality related matter.

12)  Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

·   Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification.

·   Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection in food industry.

·   Responsible and able to work independently 

Benefit:

 ·       Work time: 8.00am to 5.30pm

·       Working Day: 5 days week (Monday to Friday)

·       Annual Incentive Bonus: pay out twice in a year - 0.5months of basic salary each period.
