Responsibilities:

• Supporting the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions and deliver high-quality post-deployment services to enterprise and SME clients.

• Ensures that systems are deployed correctly, technical documentation is complete, and customer success is achieved through timely support, issue resolution, and proactive service management

• Execute technical implementation tasks

• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• Deliver post-deployment support

• Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks

• Support client training and handover

• Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology

• Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus

• Min 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred

• Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial

• Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts

• Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems

• Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs

• Competent in technical documentation and client communication

• Responsible and service-oriented

• Logical problem-solver

• Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks
