About the Role

Join Certis, Singapore’s trusted name in security and logistics, as a Cash Management Officer (CMO). You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and secure handling of cash and valuables in our high-security facility.

This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable and comfortable with shift work. Full training is provided — no experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process cash using cash sorting machines

• Pack and secure cash into boxes, containers, or cartridges

• Able to move heavy cash bags and boxes (up to 12kg) safely

• Support daily cash logistics operations in a secure facility

• Maintain accuracy and accountability in cash transactions

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 12kg)

• Willing to work rotating shifts (2 day / 2 night / 2 off)

• 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am)

Training

• 2 weeks of structured training + OJT (weekend sessions may apply)

• No training bond required

• Paid training provided

Gross Salary: Up to $2,897/month (includes basic pay, shift allowance, MPI & OT)

Completion Bonus: $5,000 upon successful service period
