• Arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.

• Handle client feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

• Only open to Singapore Citizens

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant phone manner and persuasive communication style.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
