We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and provide support to management and staff. The role includes handling documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR functions including attendance tracking and leave administration.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Maintain proper organization of company documents and records.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and within a team
