JOB DESCRIPTION

• Join MAJOR PROJECTS without the fear of rejection (We will source suitable projects based on your training received).

• Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently.

• Able to generate required information from the BIM software.

• Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.

• Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.

• Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.

• Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.

• Creation of models and drawings in support of Permitting and Construction that are completed in accordance with timelines, quality, and cost objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers, Entry level candidates and mid-careerists are welcome.

• Have a strong passion for pursuing a career in the AEC industry.

• Develop BIM models for Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.

• Job location : Singapore (All Candidates are required to work onsite in Singapore)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

• Fast learner and a quick thinker
