Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of private funds, including the organization of quarterly capital accounts and semi-annual distributions.

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly investor reports to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies by ensuring that all documents are properly stored in shared folders and the investor portal.

• Update investor contact details and mailing preferences across all private funds.

• Coordinate logistics for investor engagement events and investment committee meetings.

• Facilitate ad-hoc fund administration tasks, including share transfer requests and onboarding new investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Finance, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.

• Strong quantitative skills and foundational knowledge in accounting are preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
