QEHS & ISMS Management Consultant - $5k to $7k / woodland - #1120531

Consultancy & Implementation

- Lead and support clients in implementing QEHS and ISMS standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001).

- Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, and ISMS asset registers.

- Draft policies, manuals, SOPs, procedures, and records as per ISO requirements.

- Guide clients through process mapping, legal register development, and control implementation.

Audit Preparation & Support

- Prepare clients for internal and external audits (SAC-accredited CBs).

- Conduct internal audits and generate non-conformance and corrective action reports.

- Assist in audit closure, evidence compilation, and final documentation for certification readiness.

Training & Awareness

- Develop and conduct awareness training, internal auditor courses, and compliance briefings.

- Prepare training materials, MCQs, and quizzes to suit various industries.

Client & Project Management

- Coordinate with client representatives, certification bodies, and internal teams.

- Track project timelines using tools like Asana or Notion.

- Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO consultancy, internal audit, or compliance roles.

- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards.

- Strong documentation and formatting skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs).

- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory context (e.g., MOM, NEA, IMDA).

- Excellent communication and report writing skills.

- Experience with remote consulting tools and project management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- IRCA or equivalent Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification (at least one standard).

- Degree/Diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

- Prior experience in handling EDG/DPTM/CTM or other Singapore government grant-supported projects.
