About the role

Join Saturn Agtech Berhad as a Food Product Specialist and play a key role in the development and growth of our innovative food products. This full-time position is based in the Sembawang North Region of Singapore and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our Marketing & Communications division.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights that can inform new product development

• Collaborate with the product development team to create and test new food products that meet customer needs

• Manage product launches, including developing marketing plans and materials

• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and food safety standards

• Provide technical expertise and training to the sales team to support product knowledge

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a food product management or development role

• Strong understanding of food industry trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills

• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience

• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software to inform decision-making

• Passion for developing innovative and high-quality food products
