Responsibilities:
Prepare Maintenance package/contracts
Prepare and send servicing schedule to customerÂ
Responsible for administrative support including liaison with clients, vendor, procurement and other engineering function to ensure provision of seamless after-sales services to clients
Entering of data into system and to maintain projects/service records and files
Correspond with clients for projects/service related matters
Liaise with customer/vendors, procurements and engineering department to prepare after-sales services
Schedule the service activities for service engineer
Assign service tasks to appropriate service engineer, track status
Schedule timely service scheduling and ensuring all parties are kept informedBe the primary customer and staff contact person and liaison officer for all service work booking
Develop an annual service calendar and proactively contract all end user to renew service contracts
Handles the service tools
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good command in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus - to liaise with multilingual associates
Team player with good communication skills
Possess high level of integrity, self-motivated personality and willing to learn attitude
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
