Senior Account Executive - #1120511

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Finance staff

• Handle monthly closing and responsible for day -to-day accounting transactions.

• Manage AP, AR & GL functions.

• Ensure that billings are timely & accurately generated and posted.

• Responsible for journal postings on accruals for monthly closing.

• Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding matters in the schedule promptly.

• Responsible for proper update and documentation of accounting records.

• Preparation of quarterly GST returns & e filings.

• Liaise with internal audit and external auditors for year-end audit.

• Continually reviewing existing accounting processes and make recommendations for improvements or updates.

• Ad-hoc financial information required by Management.
  
  

  Requirement

• 5 day work week.

• Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT.

• Diploma or any professional qualification in Accounting and Finance.

• Knowledge of full set of accounts.

• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.

• Relevant experience in accounting software especially Sage ERP ACCPAC.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Good team player & able to work well with internal and external parties.
