JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to Sales Operation Manager, Call Centre
• Attend to all phone enquiries
• Provide primarily support at sales department
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform Customer of unforeseen delays or problems
• Work closely among inter-departments to ensure order fulfilment
• E-filing, transmission in customer’s portal within the timeline
• Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
• Ensure adherence to company policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Min 'O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of related working experience
• Independent as well as a team player
• Displays initiative with a positive attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills is a MUST
• Good command of both English and Mandarin (for Chinese customers) is a MUST
• Attentive to details
• Willing to work beyond working hours
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
OTHERS
• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday). May required to come back on PH/Weekends with payable allowances
