Responsibilities

- Converting leads into sales

- Obtaining and retaining customers

- Provide quality service to our customers by solving their needs with our company's solutions

- Issue quotation, invoice, payment collection follow-up

- Well understand and presenting accurate information about company products

Requirements

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Email etc.

- Strong communication and relationship building

- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Able to converse well in English (Mandarin will be advantageous)

- Willingness to learn and being positive

- Energetic, sales and customer service oriented

- Must possess class 3 driving license/car.

- Experience dealing with Condo Developer a plus advantage
