Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation
Attend to membership enquiries and emails
Maintain membership database and ensure records are kept up to date
Prepare monthly reports
Organize and maintain files and records; both digital and physical
Prepare and manage safekeeping and issuance of certificates
Maintain the department’s supplies and manage academic gowns and corporate gift inventory
Track membership payments, send reminders and receipts
Assist with eblasts and dissemination of publicity materials
Support other departments with administrative tasks when required
Requirement:
Min GCE O level with passes in English and Mathematics / NITEC
Some experience performing administrative tasks
Proficient in handling office equipment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A pleasant disposition with good administrative and communication skills
Fast learner and adapts well to change
Possess good work ethic, organizational and time management skills
Meticulous and is attentive to details
