ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.
About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Adoption Team (CAT) Lead to drive the successful adoption and onboarding of tenants onto the Authority’s cloud platform and its service offerings. This role requires both strong technical expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and project owners to ensure smooth integration, process excellence, and continuous improvement.

Adoption & Onboarding Strategy
Lead both business and technical consultations to support successful onboarding to the Authority’s cloud platforms and services.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and overcome onboarding challenges.
Provide technical recommendations for future common services based on stakeholder engagements.
Propose process enhancements to streamline onboarding procedures.
Develop, refine, and deliver materials that help project teams understand available services, tools, and workflows.
Support the development and implementation of technical and process-driven solutions to improve adoption and service excellence.
Progress & Status Reporting
Provide regular updates on tenant onboarding status to the Authority.
Deliver monthly demand and resource forecast reports, recommending solutions for demand spikes.
Maintain the project onboarding tracker and dashboard for management reporting.
Track metrics to ensure KPI delivery and deliver insights to management and key stakeholders.
Communication & Knowledge Management
Engage with product owners and project teams to advise on cloud offerings, new services, technology standards, processes, and architecture.
Stay updated on platform services, policies, and directives, ensuring that knowledge artefacts and communication assets remain current.
Collaborate with the Training Lead to build learning materials and maintain the knowledge repository for cloud platforms.
Drive Change Management Activities (e.g. Townhalls) and develop the necessary artefacts.
Continuous Improvement & Service Excellence
Enhance the cloud adoption experience by optimizing workflows, reducing onboarding timelines, and improving overall user satisfaction.
Gather feedback and provide recommendations for policy, process, and technology improvements.
Lead initiatives to capture tenant feedback for new capabilities, enhancements, and improved user experience.
Work with cloud service providers to identify training needs, design syllabus, and develop self-directed learning content.
Conduct technology scans and support the implementation of emerging capabilities.
Qualities We Value:
Degree in Information Technology/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other related disciplines.
At least 4 years of working experience in the Information Technology Industry.
Possess at least one Cloud and/or Hyper-Converged Infra Certifications from AWS, MS, Googe, Oracle, Nutanix or VMWare of Professional level and above or equivalent
Proven project implementation experience across at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong technical knowledge in cloud technologies and infrastructure.
A proactive and continuous learning mindset, with creativity in solving problems.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
