Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with regional sales affiliates to support business growth, with a primary focus on Solutions business development (Air conditioning system solutions, Building Management System solutions, etc.)
Plan and implement the Solution talent development
₋ Map and define the competencies required for talent in the Solution business roles
₋ Conduct skills assessments across affiliates to identify and visualize talent development needs.
₋ Plan talent development strategies from the talent development needs (based on the theory of 70-20-10 learning framework)
₋ Planning for LMS investment for tracking, analyzing, implementing talent development across affiliates
₋ Communicate with stakeholders and report, contact, and consult in a timely manner
Travel overseas as required to support affiliates, conduct on-site assessments, surveys, and meetings etc.
Pre-requisites
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Planning or any related discipline
More than around 3 years of experience in talent skill analysis and development
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with LMS or HRM systems is highly preferred (e.g. building training modules, managing learning platforms)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in engaging with senior management across regions
Willing to travel overseas
