Job Description: Customer Service Executive
REPORTS TO: Operation Manager
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
1. Attend to sales enquiries, furnishing product information and prepare quotation.
2. Handle customer order and keep track of the delivery of customer.
3. Provide timely feedback to manger regarding customers’ feedback.
4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness details update in the relevant operating system to meet customer’s requirement.
5. Manage and build relationship with customers
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and work proactively with other team members.
7. Any ad-hoc task as per assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. At least 2 years of working experience in customer service
2. Highly motivated, result-oriented and independent
3. Good personality and problem-solving skills
4. Communicate well with good teamwork
