Senior Procurement Executive - #1120409

The incumbent will be under the employment of Food Premium Valley Pte Ltd, 31 Fishery Port Road.

About Food Premium Valley Pte Ltd:
Incorporated in 2023, Food Premium Valley Pte Ltd is an importer and distributor of frozen and chilled meat, seafood and poultry to the HORECA industry.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of procurement activities including sourcing, assessment and selection of vendors and management of purchase orders and contracts

• Preparation of shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, certificates or origin, etc.

• Liaison with suppliers on arrivals and related issues.

• Handle import documents and coordinate with forwarders for shipment/ cargo clearance arrangements.

• Arrange payment with Finance for incoming shipment.

• Follow up and provide latest updates for both outgoing and incoming shipments status.

• Prepare relevant reports for purchasing.

• Clerical and Data entry work.

• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education and Work requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or its equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate.

• Able to work in fast paced environment.

• Organized in administrative duties.

• Good negotiation, analysis and decision making skills.
