Senior Contract Executive, disputes & claims:

Taking Lead in all aspects of duties relating to Extension of Time (EOT) & prolongation claims, as well as disputes resolutions which includes: -

·       Assisting project director/manager and contract manager to issue Notice of Claims in timely manners

·       Assisting project director/manager and contract manager for collating, consolidating, analyzing relevant information for issuance of further and better particulars updates in timely manners

·       Liaising with consultants to provide time analysis as well as legal advices for project disputes

·       Coordination relevant parties for quantum of loss & expenses and dispute resolutions

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Engineering, Science;

Minimum 5 years of experience relevant to construction laws, contract management or claim resolutions, experience of industrial project is preferred.
