About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to join our vehicle leasing team. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual with proven operational experience in vehicle leasing, strong leadership capabilities and exceptional business acumen. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the execution of our vehicle leasing strategy while optimizing operations, leading teams and strengthening long-term client relationships.
This is a key leadership position with responsibility for ensuring continued growth, operational excellence and profitability within the vehicle leasing division. You will work closely with the HOD/ Management to align departmental goals with broader strategic objectives and contribute to key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the vehicle leasing sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.
Oversee the leasing sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Utilize profound industry insights and trends to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities.
Demonstrate strong financial acumen to create and manage budgets, forecasts and financial plans that align with overall company goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and industry players to expand the company’s leasing network.
Collaborate with other business units (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for customers.
Involve in recruitment, coaching, and mentoring of talent to build and retain a skilled and motivated sales team.
Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention and the long-term success of our vehicle leasing offerings.
Stay current on industry developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.
Contribute to the digitalization of systems within the leasing department—with the goal of enhancing the customer experience, improving productivity and delivering greater value to both clients and the business.
Key Requirements:
A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within the vehicle leasing or automotive finance industry (10+ years).
Strong track record of success in driving sales growth, market penetration and profitability in the leasing sector.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
Excellent business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting and strategic planning capabilities.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong client-focused approach.
Ability to innovate and adapt quickly in a fast-changing industry.
