Make an impact by
· Develop category strategies to drive cost optimization and manage supply risks.
· Perform supply market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier base analysis.
· Work closely with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.
· Identify joint sourcing opportunities with other business units.
· Lead sourcing activities for assigned categories, including defining scope, supporting technical evaluations, conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Legal on contracting.
· Manage contracting processes in collaboration with Legal and relevant parties.
· Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; manage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
· Monitor, manage, and drive supplier performance in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Lead regular business reviews and engagements with key suppliers.
Skills for Success
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
· Experience in data centre, construction, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment procurement.
· Strong experience in negotiations and contracting.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
