Job Summary:

• Salary: Up to $3,500 + VB

• Working Hours: 5 Days, Office Hour

• Location: Transport Provided at Pasir Ris / Tampines / SengKang / Punggol

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily service operations and customer enquiries via phone or email.

• Prepare quotations, job orders, and service documentation.

• Schedule and coordinate service requests with engineers, vendors, and customers.

• Track service progress, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support warranty claims, purchasing, and logistics arrangements.

• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc support duties for the service team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in administrative duties and documentation
