Warehouse & Logistics Assistant - #1120329

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistic Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible to support daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and timely processing and packing of orders (for both B2B & B2C) efficiently and accurately, coordinating with logistics partners and monitoring inventory.

About the job

• 5 working days per week; 9am to 6pm

• Occasionally needs to work overtime and during weekend; depending on sales promotion

• Non Air-conditioning environment; dusty

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Assist in picking and packing based on packing list promptly and accurately before sealing and despatch. Coordinate with courier and logistics providers for pickups and delivery tracking.

• After Sales: Support customers return.

• Stock Management: Handle the receiving, storing, and issuing of stocks within the warehouse, maintaining meticulous records of stock quantities and location to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and effectively reconcile any discrepancies that may arise.

• Operational Support: Contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the warehouse, including maintaining cleanliness and organization to uphold a safe and efficient working environment.

• Safety Compliance: Maintain good housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment. Adhere to all safety and security protocols within the warehouse.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments, particularly finance department, to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations.

• Ad-hoc: Support other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level graduates.

• Prior experience in 3PL warehousing or e-commerce operations would be advantageous.

• Physically fit and able to handle lift and carrying of goods, e.g. 10kg/per carton. 

• Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are picked and packaged accurately

• Basic computer literacy is preferred. Proficiency in using emails and Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Navision System would be favourable.
