About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior / IT Executive to join our dynamic team at Cedele - The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

·       Provide first-line technical support and resolve IT-related issues for our staff in a timely and efficient manner

·       Manage and maintain our computer systems, networks, and software applications to ensure optimal performance

·       Implement and monitor security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats

·       Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate the delivery of IT services

·       Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our IT systems

What we're looking for

·       Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

·       Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

·       Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware maintenance, and cyber security best practices

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

·       Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in IT or a related field would be an advantage
