SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
• Maintain safe food handling practices and station cleanliness
• Assist in food preparation (e.g. cutting of fruits and vegetables)
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils and etc).
• Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.
Other Details:
• Working Location: Changi
• Working hours: 6 day's work week
