P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in the aviation industry and we are looking for the right talent to be a part of the HR team!
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the shared services team comprising of the following functions: People Operations, People Development and Payroll Operations, and to oversee overall work in daily tasks to ensure efficiency, quality service deliverables and be accountable for the daily HR operations team
Ensure the team adherence to operational procedures, policies, standards and deliverables requirements, including but not limited to regular supervisory audit check on team’s compliance and performance
Coordinate team members onboarding and offboarding with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to timely completion of clearances, plan and oversee knowledge transfer training / orientation programme and handover-takeover activities with Senior HR Executive
Bridging the team and internal / external stakeholders to support deliverables within the set SLAs and KPIs, including but not limited to attending weekly / monthly high-level meeting with stakeholders, preparation of monthly reports, quarterly performance measurements and to conduct quarterly operations team performance audit or as when required
Provide operational support for the team members, and to foster a positive and motivating environment that promote a culture that reflects organization's value, including but not limited to weekly and monthly team meeting, develop and monitor team functional competencies for training and development, monitoring and provide feedback on team performance by providing real-time coaching as required, ground-up feedback gathering, analyze issues raised from internal / external stakeholders and provide solutions to the team
Analyze statistical data, trackers and reports to identify and determine operational issues/causes, including but not limited to identify areas of improvement in processes and develop recommendations with team members and internal stakeholders, develop new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure they are kept up to date
Manage and plan team manpower management to project operational needs and provide timely updates to P-Serv on short/long term manpower resource, manage and administering relevant P-Serv administration requirements, provide and execute co-coverage plan, including but not limited to cross-functional knowledge transfer training, development and designing of team members existing and future portfolios
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide operational workflow / requirements for new system launches or system changes and participate in system enhancement activities such as systems User Acceptance Testing of application where required
Provide timely support and assist in any other ad-hoc duties when required
Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree graduate with 3-4 years of HR administrative experience
Able to multitask and good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Have prior experience leading a team
Able to work with ambiguity and constant changes
Independent thinker and ability to quickly sort through information and develop appropriate solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Working Hours / Location:
Mondays - Thursdays, 8.30am - 6pm ; Fridays, 8.30am - 5.30pm
