Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage and oversee sub-contractors’ M&E works, ensuring timely progress and adherence to schedules.

• Ensure all M&E installations, including Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection systems, comply with project specifications and drawings.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes of practice, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Organize and facilitate inspections with Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO).

• Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary approvals and commissioning of works.

• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma and / or Degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in fire system and ACMV
