Site Engineer (Site Installation/Electrical/IoT/No Exp Require) LT72 - #1120195

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.

• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.

• Provide training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors. Ensure that end-users have a clear understanding of product functionality.

• Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, technologies, and industry trends.

• Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, application notes, and technical guides.

• Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Continue to provide support after product sales, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing any additional needs.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in site project coordination and installation

• Knowledge of programming in C,C++

• Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals

• knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products.

• Passion for exploratory testing and test automation.

• Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
