Customer Service Executive / Call Centre Executive
Locations: East / West
Salary & Benefits:
Basic: $2,500 – $3,000

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Support the customer service team in daily operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates are welcome – training will be provided.
Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles will be an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
