Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry (Air & Ocean).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Leverage existing networks and client databases to generate leads and close new accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to provide tailored logistics solutions.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM or relevant systems.
Requirements
Experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean).
Proven sales track record with a strong network and existing client base.
Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting and business development skills.
Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
