• Position : General Insurance Account Servicing/ Customer Service (With clientele’s base) - GOOD COMPANY! (MUST HAVE CGI)

• Location : Beach Road

• Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Insurance Broking

Main Responsibilities:

• To service clients on renewals, policy processing, claims and all other general insurance matters

• Understand client’s general insurance needs and conveying it across to the insurance companies

• Negotiate with general insurers on behalf of the clients to the insurers

• Responsible for the various accounts that you handle

• Reporting on the various situation for each and every cases

• Managing the claims situation on behalf of the clients

• To build and maintain relationship with insurers and customers

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• To have at least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word

• BCP, ComGI, PGI and HI is required
