Job Scope:

• Identify and address customer needs by delivering accurate information and appropriate guidance

• Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with both internal and external party

• Prepare quotations and generate Work Orders

• Monitor the progress of servicing or repairs and provide timely updates to customers

• Escalate complex or urgent issues to Supervisors for further handling

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC study

• Entry Level is welcomed
