Job Scope:

• Handle purchasing of materials to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Work with Sales team for project quotations, costing, and pricing.

• Source and qualify new suppliers and materials.

• Localize key materials (e.g. cables, wires, connectors) to shorten lead time.

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for cost savings.

• Solve supplier issues related to price, quality, or delivery.

• Manage the full purchasing process — from PO to delivery and inventory tracking.

• Ensure materials arrive on time to support production and customer needs.

• Check and process all procurement documents (quotation, invoice, delivery note).

• Coordinate with Finance, Planning, Warehouse, and QA teams.

• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortage or excess.

• Keep updated on market trends and cost changes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Good knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supplier management.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Able to work in multiple tasks with Sales, Planning, and Finance teams.
