Infrastructure Planning Executive (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: West Region, Singapore (Islandwide coverage)
Schedule: Mon–Thu: 8am–5:30pm | Fri: 8am–5pm | 5-day work week
Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,500/month + AWS + 2–3 months Performance Bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related fields

• 3–5 years' experience in planning/development, ideally in healthcare

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools

• Familiarity with Singapore healthcare facility norms and regulations

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term healthcare infrastructure planning

• Align development with MOH standards and service models

• Develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) with end users

• Manage procurement of consultancy, construction, and FF&E packages

• Monitor budgets and report utilization

• Coordinate operational readiness and relocation

• Support strategic budgeting, manpower planning, and tech adoption
