Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

• Create visually appealing digital content, including graphics, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and tone across all digital platforms.

• Optimize posts for maximum organic reach and engagement using the latest social media trends.

• Manage content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with brand objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful organic social media videos.

• Creative, energetic, and up-to-date with digital trends and audience behavior.

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
