Marketing Assistant (Jurong Point) - 2 months - #1119989

 Key responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of mall marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Support tenant engagement activities, festive events, and community initiatives.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners on event logistics, set-up, and dismantling.

Leasing & Tenant Relations Support

• Assist in the acquisition and renewal of short-term leases (e.g., pushcarts, atrium spaces, advertising panels).

• Liaise with tenants and partners on marketing collaborations and participation in campaigns.

• Maintain updated tenant records and databases.

Administrative & Documentation Support

• Prepare and process licence agreements, quotations, and other marketing documentation.

• Handle security deposit records, refunds, and basic financial paperwork.

• Support the collation of invoices and purchase requests

Profile of Successful Candidate

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in retail and shopping malls. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but should preferably have completed marketing-related internships.
