RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and develop operational excellence by improving process and / or procedures within the operations environment to enhance service level and improve productivity.
Plan and monitor day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
Works independently and takes ownership of issues and provides accurate and proper reports to the Management Team.
Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customer’s feedback.
Set and manage strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities.
Constantly look for improvement opportunities and streamline the process.
Responsible for day-to-day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted Service Levels.
Ensure that follow-up actions are in place to address any gaps in staff competency and weaknesses.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum diploma holder in any field.
Strong people management skills and leadership qualities.
Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise his own team effectively and efficiently.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
