• Patient Registration

• Appointment Scheduling

• Handle enquiries over the phone and counters

• Payment collection

Backend Services:

• Administrative duties

• Filing, Scanning of documents

• Communicating with internal staff

• Handle phone calls, faxes and emails

Requirement:

• Min NITEC/Diploma holders in any industry

• Keen interest in the healthcare industry

• Comfortable with patient interaction for frontline services
