Senior Accountant (Finance Control & Regulations) - 1 year contract - #1119933

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Bras Basah (walkable distance from Dhoby Ghaut/ Bencoolen MRT)

Salary:     Up to $6000 (salary commensurate with experiences)

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;

• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all legal entities in the region are effectively managed from local statutory compliance perspective, work closely with the local team to identify and mitigate risks;

• Continually strengthen the framework of legal entity management; Lead and support project where you get an opportunity to define the problem, come up with hypothesis, engage stakeholders to shape the solution and ultimately implement the change;

• Improve overseas accounting operations and streamline the RTR process and build up the standardization process, optimize the accounting operation efficiency and accuracy;

• Design and implement operations inter-co charges between the company and eco-system entities, standardize charge methodology and proper documentation in place, and accurate quarterly charges made;

• Monitoring internal controls developing plans for financial growth and supporting other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of related accounts experiences preferred
