About our Business
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a System Management Support Engineer, you will help keep the air defence equipment working properly. You will provide technical support, fix problems, and make sure the systems are ready and reliable. You will work with different teams to test, maintain, and improve the systems to ensure they perform well during missions.
Be Part of Our Success
Work with stakeholders in handling and resolving system-related incidents and problems. This includes coordination and managing stakeholders including end users, contractors, OEMs and internal teams.
Support customers to oversee, evaluate and manage the maintenance of air defence systems during operations and support phase.
Excellent writing skills to generate technical documentation pertaining to maintenance and operation support. This includes translating operational needs into clear technical specifications and maintenance requirements for the system.
Support customers in carrying out market surveys, evaluating technological developments, engineering solutions, and ensuring the system meets operational requirements.
Any other tasks assigned by clients pertaining to systems operation and support.
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Computer Science / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Possess Technical writing experience
Managing customers and subcontractors
Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E services
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer engagement skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges
