The Opportunity:

• Our client, a government agency
• Location: Lavender
• Salary: Up to $18 - S20 / hour
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Check project details, variation order forms, and payment documents against established checklists.
• Keep an organized inventory of all variation orders and related documentation.
• Assess variation submissions and payment documents before approval.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related Building, Quantity Surveying and Construction
• Qualification or past working experience in construction related quantity surveyor position.
