The Programmes Lead is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of the Foundation’s social impact portfolio. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to build strong multi-sector partnerships that advance the Foundation’s purpose.

You will shape the direction and performance of the Foundation’s flagship programmes, ensuring they deliver measurable social and business impact. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive programme innovation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and champion evidence-based impact delivery across all initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Foundation’s programme strategy to advance corporate purpose and impact, in alignment with organisational goals and emerging social and business needs.

  • Programme Oversight: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of all programmes, which engage businesses as partners for good and deliver measurable social outcomes.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with corporates, community organisations, and funders to advance shared outcomes.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and empower team to achieve excellence in execution, stakeholder engagement, and impact reporting.

  • Governance and Reporting: Oversee programme budgets, performance, and risk management, ensuring accountability and clear communication with management, Board, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience, including in programme leadership, partnership development, or social impact management.

  • Track record in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably within the corporate, non-profit, or public sector.

  • Strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and ability to translate ideas into results.

  • Excellent communication and relationship managements skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Passionate about leveraging business for good and advancing inclusive hiring and other business-centric impact initiatives.
