Sales Executive(Construction) - #1119818

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of tile products (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.) to customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors.

• Provide product recommendations and guidance to clients based on their project requirements.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotes to customers.

• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in construction, interior design, or building materials).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and offer customized solutions.
