Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, builders, and designers.

• Promote the company’s tile products to both new and existing customers.

• Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns promptly.

• Follow up on leads and past customers to encourage additional sales opportunities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints effectively and professionally.

• Assist customers in selecting the right tiles for their specific projects, considering aesthetic and practical requirements.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction, interior design, or building materials sector.

• Experience in customer relationship management is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
