Job Duties
1) Procurement and Management of OT supplies
o Facilitate supply order requests
o Maintain and update procurement information in the department inventory system daily
o Support billing related maters
2) Provide general administrative support
3) Ad hoc duties assigned by reporting officer
Requirements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Microsoft Excel
· Nitec, Diploma holder
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
