Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the following channels:
On premise, Minimart and Provision (Independent & Key Accounts)
Wholesales/Distributors
Food Services
Events
Implement and ensure discipline, process and routine are adhered to within the team
Lead through feedback, coaching and act as an advisor, motivator & trainer to the Sales Team
Ensure proper implementation and maintain high standards for execution
Vertical growth of current customers by route-riding with the Sales Representatives
Horizontal growth of assigned area through new business acquisition by conducting regular market visits
Stand in as a replacement when Sales Representative is on leave
Gather market intelligence through regular engagement and building strong relationship with customers such as attending outlet openings, etc.
Responsible to ensure Accounts Receivable collection and to maintain a healthy collection period
Attend to customer complaints
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
At least a Diploma in Business or its equivalent
3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in FMCG or related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must possess own vehicle (car) with a valid Class 3 Driving License
