As a Senior/Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serving dual role as to support both inpatient pharmacy services and the system.

• Identifying and resolving any drug-related issue.

• Recommending appropriate drug therapies to ensure safe and effective distribution and outcomes.

• Configuring and implementing the system to enhance medication-related workflows.

• Oversee the work of pharmacy technician and assistant

• Involve in quality improvement and safety activities within the department

Requirements:

• Min Degree/ Master in Clinical Pharmacy

• At least 1 year of related experience

• Good listening skills

• IT Savvy

• Meticulous with an eye for details
