Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for electrical/M&E works.

• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for electrical materials.

• Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure cost control.

• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in electrical or M&E projects.

• Familiar with electrical drawings and specifications.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
